Mel, is truly one of the great ones. He would listen and then provide thoughtful, meaningful and sincere input. Mel had the velvet touch, he would always know just the right amount of pressure that would be helpful in a given situation, both personally and professionally. He lived a happy and fulfilling life. Mel we will miss you.
